Job Description

Job Title: Onsite Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Onsite Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability within an assigned geographical sales area. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned sales area
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in industrial gas sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
