Position Summary

We are seeking a remarkable associate to enhance our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for the Tuckernuck brand, dedicated to fostering customer relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will represent our company and brand while voicing customer concerns when they arise. Our goal is to create an extraordinary shopping experience, whether assisting a bride in selecting gifts for her wedding party via chat or coordinating with our warehouse to ensure prompt delivery for a new customer. You will need to be an attentive listener, an adept problem solver, and exude kindness and positivity that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships while delivering exceptional support through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Swiftly and thoroughly address customer issues whenever deliveries, transactions, or experiences do not meet expectations.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to enhance each customer's experience, present ideas to the team, and execute them effectively.
  • Become proficient in our internal inventory, order, and customer relations systems to efficiently process orders and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our products to provide style recommendations, suggest additional products, and assist customers in finding items that meet their specific needs.
  • Familiarize yourself with our style guide to offer appropriate styling advice for various events, ages, and preferences. Engage customers with questions to deliver tailored styling recommendations.
  • Understand the back-end operations of the website, including the use of external systems or plugins that may assist with customer service tasks.
  • Provide insightful feedback regarding customer needs to various departments such as marketing, merchandising, photography, and buying teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
