Reports to: Director of Customer Experience

Travel: May require occasional travel

We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for the Tuckernuck brand, eager to foster customer relationships and provide exceptional support to ensure satisfaction. As a vital member of the Customer Experience team, you will represent our company and brand while addressing customer concerns with care and professionalism. Our goal is to create an extraordinary shopping experience, whether assisting a customer with gift selections or coordinating with our logistics team for prompt deliveries. You must be an attentive listener, a proficient problem solver, and possess a positive demeanor that leaves a lasting impression.


Core Responsibilities
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide exceptional support through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues related to deliveries, transactions, and overall experiences.
  • Innovate ways to enhance each customer's experience and implement these ideas effectively.
  • Become proficient in our internal systems to process orders and address customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to offer style recommendations and assist customers in finding suitable items.
  • Understand our style guide to provide tailored advice for different occasions and preferences.
  • Familiarize yourself with the back-end of our website and relevant systems to support customer service needs.
  • Offer strategic insights regarding customer feedback to various departments including marketing and merchandising.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
