Key Responsibilities
- Drive additional parts sales by developing estimates and quotes as necessary.
- Identify and engage potential new clients.
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager on customer needs and promotional activities.
- Maintain inventory systems for parts.
- Expedite urgent parts deliveries.
- Boost labor sales by coordinating with the Service Manager on service quotes and client inquiries.
- Promote service agreements and maintenance packages.
- Seek out new client opportunities.
- Advocate for extended warranty options.
- Cultivate client loyalty by representing the 4Rivers brand effectively. Communicate client issues to management for resolution.
- Complete required training and certification paths.
- Establish a schedule for client outreach in your designated area.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet established sales targets.
