Culinary Specialist

As a Culinary Specialist with Morrison Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required
