Account Growth Manager, Amazon Payments

About the Opportunity
">As an Account Growth Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our Currency Converter product among Selling Partners. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and business development principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and facilitate the adoption of Selling Partners to Amazon's Currency Converter product">
- Build win-win relationships with Selling Partners to increase engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs">
- Create and manage sales pipeline, drive sales-related projects, and own goals and reporting on particular categories or territory responsibilities">
On a typical day, you can expect to spend 60% of your time recruiting new sellers, 20% managing post-launch accounts, and 10% working on projects. You will also be responsible for documentation and meetings/trainings, taking up 5% of your time each.
">The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, ecommerce, payments, and retail experience indirectly leading operational and project teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals.
">Average salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
