**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement the internal editorial content strategy
  • Maintain high editorial standards and reinforce best practices across the team
  • Collaborate with employee-facing channel owners to create engaging content
  • Act as a content thought partner to business comms teams
  • Work with channels and insights partners to set content goals and measure success

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience working with data and analytics to make strategic content decisions
  • Bachelor's degree

**Estimated Salary:** $106,400 - $185,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Amazon offers a total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and benefits.
