Join Amazon's North American Seller Services team as a Sales Development Professional responsible for recruiting and launching new brands within the Softlines, Hardlines, Seller Growth, BBA or Consumables category. This role will be the primary point of contact for companies throughout the entire sales process.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to develop and manage a sales pipeline mix of both high value and transactional accounts while executing sales strategies to secure deals that exceed aggressive account acquisition and output goals.

The successful candidate will identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

This is a business development organization that drives growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management.

Sales Strategy
  • Analyze customer data to make recommendations on maximizing the potential of assigned territories.
  • Execute successfully on recommended plans.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording success and quality of sellers in your territory.

The ideal candidate will understand and utilize the right tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress, forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.

Key Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS).
  • Prior experience in inside sales or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  • Influencing skills at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary based on market location, ranging from $62,100/year to $132,900/year. The company also provides a total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.
