Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in San Antonio. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels in the San Antonio market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the San Antonio market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with hotel teams to understand their sales needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Utilize business intelligence and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to hotel leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
