Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in San Antonio. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels in the San Antonio market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the San Antonio market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to understand their sales needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Utilize business intelligence and market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to hotel leadership
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
