Senior Account Executive Job Description

EDB is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the Federal market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a strategy to penetrate existing accounts and acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic selling of EDB's products to key decision makers
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, VARs, OEM partners, and FSI's to generate net new pipeline and growth opportunities
  • Establish and expand knowledge of EDB's products, competitors, and industry trends
  • Develop and present business cases to customers, demonstrating the value of EDB's solutions in meeting their mission objectives
  • Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts to close business on a quarterly and annual basis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in successfully meeting sales and revenue goals in the Federal market
  • Proven track record of penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a passion for working with the EDB ecosystem
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
