Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, approachable, and supportive individuals to greet and assist patrons. While prior experience in hardware is beneficial, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers as they enter and navigate the store. Express gratitude to customers upon their departure.
  • Proactively assist customers in resolving issues.
  • Exhibit a friendly and outgoing personality; collaborate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure all inquiries and calls are addressed promptly and courteously.
  • Direct any unresolved customer complaints to management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and store layout.
  • Provide personalized assistance to customers throughout the store, aiming to impress every customer, every time.
  • Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor merchandise area.
  • Maintain professionalism in both appearance and conduct.

What to Anticipate:


You will engage directly with customers, assisting them in locating everything they need to complete their projects efficiently.

If you enjoy a lively and fast-paced work environment, you will find the time flies by.

Be prepared to be on your feet for the majority of your shift (6 to 8 hours). The ability to lift 50lbs is required.
