Compensation: Starting at $25/hr

As a Maintenance Technician at Lessen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties. Your responsibilities will include managing general maintenance tasks and repairs across our portfolio, allowing you to take ownership of your work orders while effectively managing your budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
  • Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with contractors for bids and ensure the quality of completed work.
  • Procure maintenance supplies as necessary.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs in plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, and basic electrical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel within your designated region, as this position is field-based.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
  • Basic knowledge of standard trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull weights of up to 50lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 75lbs and more with assistance.
