REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of a trade or vocational program in building maintenance is preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Skilled in painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Familiarity with ceramic tile repair and installation is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of building maintenance practices.
  • Experience with aerial lifts up to 85 feet.
  • Safe handling of power and hand tools.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Occasional repetitive motions.
  • Frequent standing and movement.
  • Occasional reaching at chest level.
  • Occasional reaching above or below shoulder level.
  • Occasional kneeling and bending.
  • Occasional stooping or squatting.
