KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute carpentry work, including door repairs and hardware adjustments.
  • Assist with staging and construction tasks for promotional events.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests.
  • Identify and repair leaks in roofs and tenant spaces.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of property.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments as required.
  • Keep maintenance logs current.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of a trade or vocational program in building maintenance is preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Skilled in painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Familiarity with ceramic tile repair and installation is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of building maintenance practices.
  • Experience with aerial lifts up to 85 feet.
  • Safe handling of power and hand tools.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Occasional repetitive motions.
