Inside Business Development Manager

**Estimated Annual Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 + uncapped commission
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
