Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and systematic Billing Clerk to assist our finance department. The ideal candidate will support various financial operations, ensuring precision and effectiveness in fiscal reporting and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Record Management and Data Entry:

  • Maintain precise financial records and ledgers.
  • Accurately input data into financial software.
  • Organize and archive financial documents systematically.

Assist Financial Operations:

  • Aid in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Support account reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Invoice and Expense Oversight:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Help oversee expense report management.
  • Ensure prompt processing of invoices.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments as necessary.
  • Manage correspondence and communications.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a financial or administrative capacity is advantageous.
