Summary:

Our client seeks a bilingual Mandarin and English speaker with a strong finance background for a Senior Financial Analyst role.

This role provides support to business groups through financial data analysis and preparation of financial data for business leaders to inform decision-making.

Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring key performance metrics, interacting with senior-level project managers, and conducting financial management tasks such as budgeting and variance analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor key performance metrics
Interact with senior-level project managers
Conduct financial management tasks, including budgeting and variance analysis
Prepare financial data for business leaders
Communicate with Headquarter AP team for payment process
Monitor company accounts for timely payments
Communicate across operational departments to resolve bill discrepancies
Correspond with vendors and produce monthly reports
Process company accounts payable checks, wire exchanges, and ACH obligations
Prepare quarterly and year-end income tax provision
Prepare regulatory returns, including CIT and sales tax
Perform tax research projects and other ad-hoc tasks

Education and Professional Experience:
Chinese (Mandarin) and English bilingual required
Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Minimum 5 years related work experience
Efficient Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Oracle Financial Analyzer or equivalent, and Business Intelligence (BI), a plus
