About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the North Rockies region. As a key member of our US Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with specialty retailers, and delivering a seamless brand experience across the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness in the North Rockies region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty retailers, including training and education on Arc'teryx products and brand vision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Manage order books and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Travel extensively within the territory to sell, educate, and build relationships with retailers and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales or related industry
  • Strong ability to build relationships, sell, influence, and negotiate
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
