Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at Patriot Environmental Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue growth in an assigned territory, developing strategic new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operations to drive sales and revenue growth in an assigned territory
  • Develop strategic new business opportunities through collaborative work with operations
  • Engage with customer accounts through regular calls and visits to build strong relationships
  • Prioritize tasks for effective time management and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on quality interactions, efficient processes, and continuous learning of customer challenges
  • Lead communication on growth strategy with the territory and supervisor
  • Lead the proposal/quote process to win new business
  • Collaborate with other TAMs to leverage the enterprise customer network
  • Maintain an active and robust pipeline to meet and exceed revenue budget
  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
  • Ensure accurate customer and opportunity data within the CRM tool
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in sales, management, sales operations, account management, marketing, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in the environmental or industrial service-related industry

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
