Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in post-sales account management or existing account growth.
  • Account Ownership: Full ownership of account lifecycle and exceeding revenue targets or goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain record keeping in tools/CRM.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility, learn quickly, and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software Experience: General experience with or knowledge of software applications, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Apps, etc.
  • Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
What We Offer

The actual annual salary for this role is dependent on each candidate's experience, qualifications, and work location. The expected range in San Francisco, NYC, LA, and Seattle is between $188,000 and $206,800, with performance-based compensation also varying between $46,900 to $51,590. The expected range for all other locations is between $159,800 and $175,800, with performance-based compensation varying between $39,865 to $43,900.
