About the Role

We are seeking a highly effective and impactful Chief of Staff to join our team at SupportFinity. As a foundational team member, you will play a critical role in defining the early versions of multiple functions for our company.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will have a front-row seat to the early stages of product-market fit. You will take new company functions from 0→1 in areas like marketing, operations, support, finance, and sales.

Your day-to-day will run the gamut from highly tactical work (e.g. performing daily operations tasks) to broad strategic initiatives (e.g. defining our marketing strategy). You will report directly to the CEO and work together closely on things like investor comms and company events.

About You

You are an effective and concise communicator (verbal and written). You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are disciplined, creative, strategic, and pragmatic. You have a bias for action and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

You're comfortable in an environment with ambitious goals and significant ambiguity. You have 2+ years experience in strategy, operations, or marketing roles, or consulting/finance and want to break into tech.
