Compensation & Benefits
  • This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $23. Availability on Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

New Home Star is looking for an educated, motivated, and goal-driven sales professional to support our sales team. If you meet the following criteria, you may be an excellent fit for this position:

  • Preferred experience in administration, office management, or leasing.
  • High School diploma required; some college education preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is crucial for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Background checks will be conducted.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales office and deliver exceptional customer service to visitors.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office.
  • Thrive in a high-traffic customer environment.
  • Establish rapport quickly with each customer.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of current technology for reporting and social media.
  • This position requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
