Your Role: As an Automotive Sales and Leasing Specialist, you will play a vital role in the sales and leasing of both new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring adherence to our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will assist in maintaining an organized lot with clear pricing and merchandising while fostering relationships with customers in the community and contributing to a positive workplace culture that reflects our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers promptly and courteously.
  • Guide customers through the complete sales journey.
  • Identify each customer's vehicle requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Showcase vehicles, including conducting test drives.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary documentation, laying the groundwork for lasting customer loyalty.
  • Utilize the company CRM tool effectively to document all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase.
  • Stay informed on all factory training and certifications.
  • Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively reach out to new and previous customers throughout Northern Colorado.
  • Keep updated on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
  • Understand automotive terminology and stay informed about technological advancements in the industry.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in automotive sales is preferred.
