Head of ERP Manufacturing and Logistics Systems

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of ERP Manufacturing and Logistics Systems to oversee our ERP SAP Organization focused on Manufacturing and Logistics. This role encompasses critical areas such as Engineering to Manufacturing interfaces, Shop Floor Systems, MRP, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics including MRO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to ensure effective support for the aforementioned areas.
- Lead projects and initiatives pertinent to Manufacturing and Logistics.
- Engage in strategic discussions with various Operations organizations to develop roadmaps and strategies for the specified areas.
The ideal candidate will be expected to quickly adapt and lead the organization in implementing next-generation shop floor systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships, particularly with senior management.
- Bachelor's degree with 15-20 years of relevant experience in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience managing large teams, including virtual teams.
- Experience in budget management.
- 10+ years of experience with SAP, specifically in Manufacturing and Logistics.
- Functional expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Eligibility to obtain and retain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Recognized success in people leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with Suppliers/Vendors.
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including executive management.
- Strong Program Management skills with a collaborative approach across the organization.
- Demonstrated capability to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with S/4, particularly in migration from ECC to S/4.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $181,900 - $272,900, based on various factors including the scope of responsibilities and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
