Acquisitions Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:
CSEngineering is seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will provide strategic acquisition and logistics support to our clients, driving improvements to current capabilities through process standardization, innovative technical solutions, and improved service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Acquisition Support: Provide expert acquisition and logistics support to our clients, including the purchase of IT hardware, software, equipment, and system component needs.
- Cost Estimation and Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive cost estimates, projections, and spend plans, including support to program budgeting and enterprise buy considerations.
- Forecasting and Tracking: Forecast and track new requirements, renewals, supplies, and other items as directed by our clients.
- Configuration Management: Follow our clients' configuration management procedures and coordinate with government equipment management personnel as directed.
- Equipment Delivery and Inventory Management: Coordinate delivery of equipment from suppliers to our clients' performance locations and ensure that equipment is processed through inventory accountability processes prior to being placed in service.
- Property Accountability: Comply with property accountability activities and ensure that equipment is reported to the government property management hand-receipt holder.
Requirements:
- Security Clearance: Top Secret or (TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in acquisitions logistics support in the DoD.
- Skills: Experience developing Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSP) and supportability milestones, knowledge of DoD acquisition, maintenance requirements, and organizational functions involved in logistical support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Master's degree in acquisitions or a similar field.
