Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operator and concierge duties. You will also be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Make and modify reservations, and handle hotel operator and concierge duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any special requests or issues.
  • Work effectively with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services, and communicate this information to guests as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including helping coworkers in other areas of the hotel and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and other hotel staff.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
