About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Cost Analyst to join our team at Redwire Space. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and presenting financial information to inform decision-making and drive program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with program management to develop and monitor program budgets and milestones.
  • Facilitate and forecast program financial metrics to support revenue calculations and financial planning activities.
  • Support reviews of financial and internal controls to ensure they meet management objectives.
  • Develop and analyze program variances, trends, and completion reports, and create financial charts to support program management and reviews.
  • Support program management by performing specific tasks related to reviews of management practices and policies, and recommending changes to enhance operating efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable experience.
  • Strong knowledge of internal control systems and procedures.
  • Strong financial analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.
  • Must be a US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in program planning and/or program cost management.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
