Senior Staff Integrated Program Manager

Job Summary:
Talascend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner and Manager to join their team in a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program planning and management, with experience in facilitating integration across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Program Schedules, ensuring accurate validation of the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
- Provide time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data to the program, and develop recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
- Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored, and statused, and prepare/coordinate the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
- Interface with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program's planning integrator, ensuring vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
- Develop modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and perform schedule risk assessments.
- Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of previous planning/scheduling experience
- Earned Value Management experience
- Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses
- Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro
- Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program
- Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process
- Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule
- Prior team lead experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
- Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail
- Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
- Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges arising in dynamic situations
- Makes sound decisions quickly and efficiently, even with limited information or under time constraints
