Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
  • Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules that accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
  • Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develop recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
  • Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored, and statused.
  • Prepare and coordinate the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
  • Interface with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program's planning integrator.
  • Ensure vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
  • Develop modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
  • Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of previous planning/scheduling experience
  • Earned Value Management experience
  • Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Past experience in the aerospace industry

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro
  • Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program
  • Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process
  • Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule
  • Prior team lead experience
