About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Cost Analyst to join our team at Redwire Space. As a key member of our program management team, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and presenting financial information that informs decision makers and drives program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with program management to develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor program performance against agreed-upon budgets and milestones, identifying and addressing any variances or issues.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support program revenue calculations and financial planning activities.
  • Support reviews of financial and internal controls to ensure they meet management objectives and are adequate to support program success.
  • Develop and present financial charts, graphs, and reports to support program management and program reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in program planning, cost management, or financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of internal control systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong financial analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.
  • Must be a US citizen or US person as defined by ITAR.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in program planning and/or program cost management.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
