Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our Grants Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and practical information on assigned federal, state, local, and other award programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides financial and practical information on assigned federal, state, local, and other award programs
  • Oversees the implementation of grant approvals, set-up, compliance with applicable requirements, audits and close-outs
  • Fiscally manages award routing, budgeting, account set-up, expenditure verifications, and reimbursement requests
  • Analyzes data, prepares forecasts and provides recommendation for grant budgets
  • Assists in the coordination of compliance research and reviews for regulatory requirements and assists with the data preparation of funding source monitoring or audits
  • Develops and reviews Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration or Related field
  • Four years of finance, accounting, budget preparation, budget analysis or financial analysis experience and two years of grant related experience
