Sales Account Coordinator

El Toro IP Targeting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our high-performing sales team by managing client accounts, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, managing schedules, and tracking sales metrics;
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely information;
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and reports for client meetings;
- Coordinate communications between clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed;
- Help organize client meetings, events, and follow-ups to enhance client relationships;
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns;
- Learn and understand El Toro's tech stack and product suite;
- Execute client asks and campaign builds within the El Toro portal;
- Understand internal communication flows and submit help requests on behalf of the sales team
- Technically inclined;

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, or customer service is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite;
- Familiarity with CRM software;
- Full-time, in-office position;
- Monday - Friday;
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM;
- ~ $40,000 annually, depending on education and experience;
