Grants Manager

The Grants Manager will be responsible for researching, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals/reports that support JFCS' goals and meet funder guidelines and criteria. This individual will fully manage the grant process for those grants including managing funder relationships, engaging in compliance reporting, supporting special project initiatives, and working with other programs to meet report deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify new grant opportunities that align with JFCS' goals and objectives
• Prepare and submit grant proposals and reports that meet funder guidelines and criteria
• Manage funder relationships and engage in compliance reporting
• Support special project initiatives and work with other programs to meet report deadlines
• Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of prospective grants
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of three years of experience identifying, writing, and reporting on corporate, foundation, and government grants
• Strong organizational skills, writing skills, data analysis, program budgeting, project management, cross collaboration, and focus on outcome measurement
• Experience working with federal grants is strongly preferred
