Customer Service Lead

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide training assistance to new Customer Service Representatives and perform shift supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing all store merchandise build-to's and receiving and verifying vendor deliveries. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our customers.
