Player Development Manager

This high-profile role focuses on building strong relationships with guests and identifying opportunities to increase revenue for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Tampa.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis and Strategy: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones, utilizing market research and data analysis to optimize results.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service by effectively handling complaints, providing personalized recommendations, and making arrangements for special requests.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, promotions, and events, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, tracking visits, and managing player ratings to inform future marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in player development or casino marketing, including established relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
