Human Resources Coordinator

At PLS Financial Services, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing new hire paperwork, maintaining and updating electronic employee records, and ensuring I-9 compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new hire paperwork and create employee records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage organizational changes in the HR system, including salary, work location, status, and supervisor changes.
- Respond to general HR inquiries from internal customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor I-9 reports and take appropriate action to ensure compliance.
- Point-of-contact for uniform program inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and planning of events to support business objectives.
- Create reports, forms, and correspondence as necessary to support HR operations.
- Previous experience with an HRIS, preferably UKG.
- At least 2 years' experience in human resources.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
