Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Perform background and reference checks, ensuring the integrity of our hiring process.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or start-up environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
