We're seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our Front Desk team at Crowne Plaza Burr Ridge. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, to provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies.
- Financial Management: Oversee the front desk budget and ensure timely ordering of office supplies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager.
- Customer Service: Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction.
- Communication: Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position.
- Skills: Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired. Excellent communication, management, and multitasking skills required.
