Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Apptness. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Provide guidance and leadership to customer service representatives to ensure consistent customer service
- Assign and instruct team members in details of work to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff to ensure high performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and front desk operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
