Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Apptness. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Provide guidance and leadership to customer service representatives to ensure consistent customer service
  • Assign and instruct team members in details of work to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff to ensure high performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and front desk operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
