Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for workstation, printer, and other endpoint hardware. You will also be working closely with business stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for workstation, printer, and other endpoint hardware
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve technical issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
* Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams
* Experience working with ServiceNow for a ticketing system
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Skills and Requirements
* Help Desk / IT Support background within a healthcare environment
* Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams
