Job Description
As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping LePrix's global sales and operations strategy. You will work closely with the C-Suite and senior management to translate business objectives into actionable demand and purchasing plans.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Supply Planning: Lead and execute supply planning processes across all global procurement units, ensuring a seamless flow of goods from suppliers to retailers.
- Support Sales & Marketing: Analyze historical sales trends at various levels of aggregation to validate demand plans and provide insights for effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate for Alignment: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to review and align departmental demand plans with overarching supply strategies, fostering a cohesive approach to business operations.
- Develop Channel Strategies: Create comprehensive demand and supply strategies for new store fulfillment models and existing store replenishment processes, optimizing inventory management across all channels.
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with Procurement & Operations leadership to develop procurement and production plans that align with global demand forecasts and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead S&OP Meetings: Conduct monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings with key stakeholders, reviewing progress, updating forecasts, and assessing supply performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify Opportunities and Risks: Proactively identify future business opportunities and potential risks, incorporating them into rolling demand and supply forecasts to ensure strategic decision-making.
- Monitor Stock and Merchandising: Develop strategies to enhance visibility and minimize risks related to stockouts and aging products, ensuring optimal inventory management and product availability.
- Ensure Information Flow: Maintain regular, accurate, and updated information flow between sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams, fostering transparency and collaboration across departments.
- Support Regional and HQ Planning: Assist APAC, EU, and HQ planning teams with reports, projects, and other activities, contributing to a cohesive global planning strategy.
