About the Role

Xometry is a leading digital marketplace for manufacturing, connecting buyers with manufacturers to bring innovative ideas to life. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with existing enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for existing enterprise customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, from prototype parts to production requirements
  • Demonstrate the value of Xometry's offer and grow share of business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering staff, program management, procurement, and executive management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in a closing role
  • 2+ years of experience selling technical products or services in the manufacturing space
  • 3+ years of experience selling into Fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • High proficiency in in-person and virtual presentations with customers
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Prospecting and sales planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation skills and results-driven
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
