Strategic Partnership Sales Executive

Xometry, a leading digital marketplace for manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.
This role involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive mutually beneficial partner initiatives, foster strong relationships, and achieve sales objectives. You will establish go-to-market strategies for strategic partnerships, drive new business growth, and lead complex sales cycles to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for strategic partnerships
- Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities with new logos
- Manage negotiations, navigate approvals, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide ongoing strategic support
- Track key metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in managing the full sales cycle for partner accounts
- 3+ years of experience in establishing and scaling partnership programs that drive revenue growth
- Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, including search engine marketing and website optimization
- Consultative selling experience with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles
