Job Summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a dedicated and organized Account Manager to manage and grow commercial customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling all communications and ensuring smooth project progress.
  • Estimate and Proposal Management: Attend estimate appointments, deliver estimates, and follow up with clients to secure project approval.
  • Job Oversight: Monitor project progress through the Custom Dashboard and ensure all relevant updates are communicated to clients.
  • Reporting: Compile and distribute detailed field reports for each assigned job, ensuring all necessary information is provided to both clients and internal teams.
  • Check-In Calls: Conduct mid-point and end-point check-in calls with clients to exceed expectations and address any potential issues.
  • Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Deliver invoices to clients and work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely payments.
  • Relationship Building: Conduct on-site job visits and maintain regular communication with clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client details, ensuring that all contacts and information are up-to-date.
  • Collaboration & Meetings: Attend daily morning WIP meetings, bi-weekly team meetings, and participate in regular one-on-one meetings with leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of SERVPRO Team Wall's production and administrative processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity in all communications and interactions.
  • Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn and master SERVPRO applications.
  • Experience in customer service, project management, or account management roles is preferred.
