Financial Operations Specialist

Boyer & Ritter LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support the CFO in managing the financial activities and operations of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of financial software applications and have experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post ACH, credit card, and e-check payments
• Maintain daily cash balance
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Review account coding of Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Post LIFO expense and review related invoices
• Assist with and back up on all payroll related matters
• Maintain ADP payroll data and assist employees with questions and general inquiries
• Back-up to the CFO for financial statement preparation
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA designation and have previously worked in a professional services industry.
