Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for managing our front desk and performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Manage Incoming Communications: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, as well as respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a Tidy Reception Area: Ensure the front desk is organized and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials readily available.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer basic and accurate information to clients, staff, and visitors, either in-person or via phone/email.
  • Perform Clerical Duties: Scan, upload, and fax documents as directed, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements and Skills
