Opportunity Overview: Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic organization that values a positive work environment and exceptional customer service? EJ is looking for a Technical Services Manager to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of manufacturing processes and technologies to ensure superior product quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and product engineering teams, as well as regional personnel, to address and resolve manufacturing and quality challenges.
  • Provide expertise in the global standardization of foundry technologies.
  • Facilitate the integration of new business acquisitions and support major facility transitions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous safety improvement, focusing on innovative solutions and employee engagement.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to guarantee customer satisfaction at all production stages.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Work with regional leadership to standardize policies and procedures across EJ Group companies.
  • Develop and implement process standards and quality systems, including conducting environmental, safety, and quality audits.
  • Share technological advancements and equipment specifications across different regions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  • Provide technical guidance to operations and support engineering projects related to process improvements.

Supervisory Duties: This role includes supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, training, and performance management of team members, in collaboration with the Human Resources department.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in foundry operations, with extensive expertise in project management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support global initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.

Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, along with relevant experience or training.

Work Environment: The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions and requires adherence to safety protocols.
