Job Description

Actus Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Torrance, CA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of payroll and benefit administration functions, as well as HR-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll processing and reporting
  • Benefit administration, including enrollment and terminations
  • Employee relations, including responding to employee questions and issues
  • HR-related assignments, including job postings and interview setup
  • Office operation and administration, including back-up for Office Assistant and support for back office operations

Requirements:

  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Attentiveness to details and ability to multitask
  • Team player with flexibility to handle various miscellaneous tasks
  • Punctual and good at time management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR general processes and ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage system

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
