Marketing Operations Specialist

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support various marketing-related activities, including event support, vendor coordination, and marketing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track marketing budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials, events, and promotions.
  • Organize and attend trade shows, events, and promotional activities as needed.
  • Support content creation for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Sales support, including client research and account mapping.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing operations trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required.
  • Photoshop or similar design software, preferred.
  • Click Dimensions or relevant marketing software, preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics or relevant marketing software, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • ~2+ years of relevant marketing and/or administrative experience.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
