Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR functions and protocols
  • Assist in maintaining a robust legal compliance framework
  • Address employee inquiries regarding legal compliance
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and enrollment processes
  • Oversee the management of unemployment claims, workers' compensation claims, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, and other employment-related regulations.
